Potts and Wellington claim Timberman 70.3 crown
Wellington finishes sixth overall at competitive event

Andy Potts and Chrissie Wellington were the overall winners today at the intensely competitive Timberman 70.3 held in New Hampshire.

Simon Lessing 4:03:10
Michael Lovato 4:06:45
Janda Ricci-Munn 4:09:24
Wellington finished sixth overall with an impressive 4:11:46 clocking. Next behind the defending Ford Ironman World Champion was Amanda Stevens, who finished over 18 minutes back. Third went to Canadian Cynthia Wilson. Had Wellington not been in the race, it would have been a competitive battle as Stevens, Wilson and fourth place finisher Dede Griesbauer were within two minutes of each other at the finish.
